Why do I need to register?

Actually you don’t.  Registration is completely optional, and you are not required to register in order to make a purchase. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. NO information will ever be shared with any 3rd party under any circumstance.  Defynt does not spam in any way.

How do I register?

Just click the ‘My Account’ link at the top of any page.  You will redirected and quickly taken through the registration process. You need not register to make a purchase.  However, if you wish to use useful features such as ‘Express Checkout’ you will need to register with us.

What if I forget my password?

No problems.  Just click here.   Don’t forget, passwords are CaSE SeNsiTivE and must be entered exactly how you formatted them during the registration process.

How do I change my password?

Click on the ‘My Account’ link in the upper right hand corner of the page.  From there you will be prompted to log into you account.  Once logged in simply click on the My Account link again where you will be taken to your personal account page.  Enter your new password in the field provided and click save.

How do I make changes to My Account profile?

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to states where Defynt.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only Ohio.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully submitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting “My Account”.  Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you can view past orders and current orders that you have placed.

How can I modify my order?

Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.  You are able to remove items from your shopping cart before submitting your final order.

Shipping Guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Customer Service will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

*Please note that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Domestic shipping costs and methods
You order is calculated according to its totally shipment weight and your location.         

Defynt.com is now offering FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Simply select "UPS FREE Ground" as your shipping method during the check out process.

International Shipping costs, methods and Disclosure

International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout where you will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process.

• UPS Worldwide Saver - UPS and Defynt.com provide customs-cleared delivery to more than 50 destination countries. Most shipments to Europe or Asia are delivered within 2 to 3 business days.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your information and privacy is very important to us. We would like our international clients to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from Defynt.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Defynt.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. This box must be included, undamaged, with your return or you may face a replacement fee.

Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package.  Be sure to seal up the package securely. We recommend that you use a service such as UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL and insure your shipment.  We cannot be responsible for lost merchandise that we have not handled and shipped direct from our warehouse.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at Defynt.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
